Your path to partnering
with Sanoptis

Personal meeting

After the initial contact, we will visit you on site for a personal meeting. The aim is to get to know each other better and to develop a common understanding of your ideas for the future.

Indicative offer

Based on your relevant key business figures, we will prepare an initial informal offer. We will give you time to review our offer at your own speed and will be available at all times to answer any questions you may have.

Term sheet

Once we have agreed on the basic parameters of the collaboration, we will prepare a specific term sheet with the main points of the negotiated contract components. The document will be presented to both parties for signature.

Due Diligence

Once the term sheet has been signed, the due diligence process begins. In this step, we will carefully analyse the information you provide in order to make a final decision.

Signing the contract

After completing the due diligence, we will draft the contracts for our partnership. Our collaboration will start once the contract has been signed, and will be based on partnership and long-term success.

You decide on the exact time and content of the announcement. We will support you in preparing the announcement and in answering your team's questions.

Will all employees be retained?

Yes, entering into a partnership with Sanoptis does not affect on the number of staff. Once you have partnered up with us, we will support you in personnel planning and recruiting additional medical and admin staff.

Will the name or website of my facility change?

No, the name will stay the same. It is important to us to preserve the identity of your clinic/practice. Our experienced marketing experts will help you to optimise your website where possible. This preserves the identity of your clinic/practice.

Will my facility now be managed by the Sanoptis headquarters?

No, your facility will still be managed on site. From our locations across Europe, Sanoptis will provide you with additional support, for example in finance, HR and marketing.
